Submit: 24-48hrs BEFORE Show Premieres, each week.

Auditions / Pre-Week: 30–45 seconds

Competition Rounds: 60–90 seconds

​

Format: Horizontal (landscape)

​

Resolution: 1080p recommended (720p minimum)

​

Camera: Smartphone or camera allowed

​

Lighting: Well-lit, clear visuals

​

Background: Clean or intentional

​

No post-production editing
